Assoc. Prof. Liyan Wen, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

Dr. Wen Liyan has long been engaged in research on adaptive fault-tolerant control of multivariable systems and aircraft applications. Aiming at the high reliability and accuracy control demand of advanced aircrafts, a series of novel adaptive fault-tolerant control methods were proposed for solving the difficulties caused by uncertain unmatched multiple actuator faults and dynamic mutations, under the challenges of large system parameter/structure uncertainties, non-canonical forms and non-minimum phase characteristics, etc. She has published 54 papers and 9 China Patents, in which 14 papers published in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, SIAM Journal on Control and Optimizations, AIAA Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics, and other journals as the first author (including 10 regular papers) and 3 Chinese papers published in important domestic core journals. She has won the first-class prize of Natural Science Award of Chinese Association of Automation (Rank 3), the first-class prize of Natural Science Award (Rank 2) of Jiangsu Association of Automation, and the Feng Ru best paper award of IEEE Chinese Guidance, Navigation and Control Conference (Rank 1). She also hosted or participated in more than 10 projects, including hosting the general fund and youth fund of Natural science Foundation of China etc.

文利燕 副教授 博士生导师 长期从事不确定系统的自适应容错控制及其飞行器应用研究。面向先进飞行器高可靠与高精度的控制需求,围绕系统参数/结构的大确定性、控制增益矩阵奇异、非最小相位等挑战,针对系统的多重不匹配执行器故障问题,提出了一系列自适应容错控制设计新方法,解决了系统不确定动态突变所引起的容错控制难题. 发表/录用学术论文54篇,其中以第一作者发表高质量期刊论文15篇(长文10篇,重要核心3篇),包括:含IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control(长文)、SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization(长文)、AIAA Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics等。申请发明专利9项,授权3项。获中国自动化学会自然科学奖一等奖(排名3) 、江苏省自动化学会科学技术奖一等奖(排名2),IEEE“冯如”最佳论文奖(排名1)等, 主持/参与国家自然科学基金重点/面上/青年项目、国家重点研发项目、江苏省前沿引领技术基础研究专项等10余项。
